Important Usage Policy
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to avoid missing the trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show. Dress code: smart casual; no swimwear is allowed on board. No ID required. Guests must bring their booking confirmation either on their phone or a printout. Smoking is permitted in allocated areas of the boat. Boarding starts 30 minutes prior to the departure. Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the tour operator at any time. In the event of cancellation by the tour operator due to adverse weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
