As The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates at heights of up to 300m, please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the provider at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the attraction due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour or ticket. A flight takes 10 minutes. However, there is a mandatory safety briefing before each flight. Depending on the loading, offloading, and queue, the whole experience could take longer. Comfortable, casual clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and dresses is recommended. If you are visiting Aquaventure Waterpark, you are allowed to embark on the flight in respectable swimming clothes permitted by the waterpark. The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a ground crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola. The wheelchair or stroller must have a braking or locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. There are extra wheelchairs on-site, which you are welcome to use for the duration of the flight. To redeem your ticket, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband, which you can use to enter the attraction. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket. Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant. Opening Times: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates daily from 6:00 a.m. until midnight. There are no fixed timings or slots; tickets can be redeemed at any time during the operational hours (depending on weather conditions). Note: All tickets are open-dated and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
