The pickup and drop off option is at your hotel or private residence (Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman only). The operator will contact you within 24h to 48 hours of the tour date to confirm the pick-up location and time. We can arrange special meals if requested upon booking. Quad bikes are not included in the tour and can be booked on-site with an extra charge payable directly to the supplier. Child seats are available upon request. Please note that pregnant ladies are not allowed to sit in the car for dune bashing. Pregnant ladies and older guests can be accommodated in a separate car and brought straight to the camp for dinner. Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
