Important Usage Policy

The Pickup Time will be from 02:45 PM to 03:15 PM during summer (March to August) and 03:15 PM to 03:45 PM during winter (September to February) Drop-Off Time: Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity but the drop can be later or sooner as the mentioned timings, depending on the traffic in the city. The drop off may take more than 30-45 minutes of the specified time. Operation: Handled and managed by OceanAir Travels team, 24/7 customer support. Tour guide & Tours Consultant information and contact number will be provided after the confirmation. Voucher Info: You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity. Additional Info: Confirmation Voucher will be received at the time of booking and payment is required. Nashaat show will not be available during the month of Ramadan Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.

Complimentary pickup is available from Dubai city hotels, apartments, and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal & Port Rashid. Pickup from Dubai Airport available from Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an additional fee.

Vegetarian food options are available.
Strictly no pregnant ladies in the Adventure part. If we find out, then we will kindly drop them in the Starting point where's seating area till we finish the adventure part (Dune Bashing & sandboarding) then we can pick them again to go to camp activities.
If there are any changes in pickup times, we will contact you by WhatsApp, phone call or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in.
Please contact us for any cancellation. Although the cancellation time is 24 hours, if you are sick, we can make an exception and gladly reschedule your tour within 10hrs max before the departure time.
Child seats are available upon request. Please let us know beforehand so we can arrange.
