Important Usage Policy
The operating hours for the Red and Blue route City Sightseeing bus are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Night tour departs at 6:00pm from the Dubai Mall, once a day. Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 18:00. All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual. Transport coach is a double decker bus. The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop. Please note that the tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Red Route:
The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00. Duration 80 minutes
• Blue Route:
The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00. Duration 130 minutes.
• Night Tour:
This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours. Pick-up times:
Stop 1: 18:00
Stop 2: 18:40
Stop 3: 19:00
Stop 4: 19:20
Stop 5: 19:35
• The Night Tour lasts for two hours and has the following stops:

• Mina Seyahi Dubai Marina

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:
• Departure timings: Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00

• Lost Chambers Aquarium:
Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00
Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
• Aquaventure Waterpark:
The ticket must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall
Open daily, from 10:00 a.m. until sunset (closing time depends on the time of year)
Height restrictions are in place on the rides
Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge)
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
